    1.2 Coaching Service Refunds: Refunds for coaching services may be requested within 48 hours of the initial coaching session. After this timeframe, coaching services are considered to have been rendered, and no refund will be provided.

    2.1 To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at connect@sikandraali.com or through the contact form available on our website. Kindly include your order details, such as order number and purchase date, along with a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
    2.2 We aim to respond to refund requests within 48 hours and will notify you of the status of your request via email.

  3. Refund Approvals and Process:
    3.1 Course Refunds: Upon approval of a course refund, the amount paid for the course will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
    3.2 Coaching Service Refunds: If a coaching service refund is approved, the amount paid for the coaching service will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds for coaching services will be processed within 5 business days.

  4. Non-Refundable Items:
    4.1 Digital Products: Any additional digital products, such as e-books, worksheets, or supplementary materials, purchased separately or as part of a course, are non-refundable.
    4.2 Promotional Discounts: Refunds will be provided for the amount paid after deducting any promotional discounts or coupons used during the purchase.

  5. Fair Usage Policy:
    5.1 To ensure fair usage of our refund policy, multiple refund requests for the same course or coaching service by an individual may be subject to review and approval at our discretion.
